Guest Request Guidelines for Bill and Liz

• Audience Size & Engagement

  • Your podcast or show should have at least 1,000 downloads or views per episode or 3,000+ monthly listeners/views across platforms.

  • Exceptions may be made for smaller shows if your audience is highly aligned with Cognomovement’s mission and values.

• Relevant Topics

  • The episode should align with Bill and Liz’s expertise and the transformative power of Cognomovement. Potential topics include personal transformation, overcoming mental or emotional blocks, wellness, consciousness, athletic performance, healing, relationship dynamics, or other areas where Cognomovement has made a significant impact.

• Professionalism

  • We encourage a setup that allows for clear audio and video, understanding that perfection isn’t necessary. As long as the conversation can be easily heard and seen, we’re happy to collaborate using platforms like Zoom or similar tools.

• Promotion Plan

  • Share your promotional strategy for the episode, such as:

    • Social media campaigns

    • Email newsletters

    • Cross-promotion on your platforms

• Respectful Representation

  • The show must maintain a professional tone. Bill and Liz will not participate in shows promoting divisive, controversial, or unrelated content.

• Lead Time

  • Submit requests at least 4 weeks in advance to allow for scheduling.

• Submission Requirements
  Include the following details in your request:

  • A brief description of your podcast/show and its audience.

  • Average audience size (downloads/views per episode or monthly metrics).

  • Example topics or questions for discussion.

  • Links to past episodes or a media kit.

  • Proposed recording and release dates.

• Exclusivity of Content

  • The episode featuring Bill and Liz must be used solely for your podcast or show. Any additional use (e.g., ads, compilations) requires prior written approval.

• Approval Process

  • All requests will be reviewed by Bill and Liz’s team. They reserve the right to decline opportunities that are not a good fit for their goals and values.
